It covers local delivery, standard installation to existing working hookups, new washer supply hoses, and testing before we leave.

Can I rent while I’m in Abilene for work?+
Yes. Rentals can suit temporary work assignments and project stays when your home has suitable hookups. We ask for a three-month initial commitment, then rentals continue month-to-month with at least seven days’ notice to cancel. Availability and delivery dates must be confirmed.
Is this rent-to-own?+
No. Wash Up rents equipment for use in your home. Monthly payments do not transfer ownership. Your washer and dryer remain Wash Up rental equipment.
Do you deliver to apartments?+
Yes, subject to suitable hookups, installation permission, and access. Tell us your floor level and whether there are stairs or an elevator. Stairs or nonstandard access may carry an additional fee, confirmed after we review your request.
Can I choose the brand or color?+
WashUp provides clean, dependable equipment based on availability. We don't guarantee matching brands, colors, models, or specific capacities.
What do I need at my home?+
You need safe, accessible, working washer and dryer hookups, including a dryer outlet and vent. WashUp does not perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or vent construction.
What happens if a machine stops working?+
Contact us. Failures caused by normal use are covered. Customer-caused damage, unauthorized moves, or household hookup problems are not included.
